All service requests must be submitted in writing by the deeded property owner to the Jennings Northwest Regional Utilities office located at 3847 Country Manor West, North Vernon, IN 47265.

To apply for service, the Service Request Application , a copy of the warranty deed and photo identification must be submitted to the Utility office prior to connection of service. A $25.00 Non-Refundable Account Setup Fee is charged to all customers applying for service. Customers will be required to pay a deposit in the amount of $200.00 ($75.00 water and $125.00 sewer) if the customer can not produce an acceptable twelve (12) month history reference from a prior utility.
